Ganyu’s Subtlety: The Dance of the Icy Blade on the Path of Evil
In the vast and wondrous land of Teyvat, the essence of ice is about to welcome a new guardian—Ganyu. This five-star ice element swordsman, set to appear in version 5.7, is like a winter storm, slicing through the world of the game with her unique evil path. Each of her skills, like a meticulously polished treasure sword, carves out a unique trajectory in the narrative of ice.
The profile of this icy blade princess shows: a five-star rarity, an ice element vision, a weapon of choice being the sword, and a critical damage bonus of up to 38.4%. Such initial data, like an unsheathed sword, already stirs the heart.
Exclusive Weapon: Qingshuo
Her exclusive weapon is called Qingshuo, with a base attack of 608 and a critical rate of 33.1%. This weapon carries the power granted by the White Mountain: within 12 seconds after using an elemental skill, attack is increased by 24%. More amazingly, even with zero elemental energy, the attack is further increased by 24%, and critical damage soars to 40%. Like plum blossoms in the cold winter, the colder it gets, the more dazzling the ice becomes.
Evil Art: Severance – Normal Attack
Ganyu’s normal attack is named Evil Art: Severance, a sequence of up to five consecutive strikes, like sharp ice shards flying in the winter, cold and merciless. During the normal attack, she can perform a charged attack by consuming stamina, hurling a spinning ice spear, as if casting a rain of icy stars upon the enemy’s head. Her plunging attack is like a precise hail, drawing a beautiful arc in the air, landing with a thunderous roar that chills the enemy’s blood.
Evil Art: Flash – Elemental Skill
Evil Art: Flash is Ganyu’s elemental skill, mimicking the combat style of the Evil Walker. The tap and hold effects differ: tapping grants her 45 points of serpent’s guile, switching to the Seven Strikes mode, resembling a magnificent sword dance. Holding it grants the same serpent’s guile while entering a rapid movement state, with greatly enhanced resistance to interruption, allowing her to move freely and even end this icy dance early by recasting the skill.
Evil Art: Annihilation – Elemental Burst
Ganyu’s elemental burst does not rely on elemental energy but on serpent’s guile. When she accumulates at least 50 points of serpent’s guile, she can unleash Evil Art: Annihilation, tearing through space with rapid slashes, dealing ice element area damage. Any excess serpent’s guile beyond 50 increases damage by 1% per point, up to a maximum of 12%. In the Seven Strikes mode, this skill is replaced by Evil Art: Exhaustion, requiring no serpent’s guile and gaining the Carve effect until the end of Seven Strikes.
In Evil Art: Exhaustion, Ganyu’s normal attacks will deal increased damage every 0.1 seconds, and may further increase damage by absorbing the rift of the Void, up to 10 times. This effect is like ice crystals blooming in the cold winter, each attack leaving deep scars on the enemy.
